West Coast Sunset Viewpoints

Not every great view on this coast belongs to a beach. Along the road between Senggigi and Bangsal, a handful of roadside pull-offs and hilltop clearings give some of the best sunset panoramas on the island, looking out over the Gili Islands, and on clear evenings, across the strait to Bali's Mount Agung. These four are the ones worth knowing, three easy roadside stops, and one genuine hike further southwest for anyone willing to work for the view.
